Session fees and purchases are non-refundable. Due to the digital and artistic nature of these purchases refunds are not available. I do stand behind my work and will work closely with you if you are dissatisfied with your images in any way.
Refunds for session fees and deposits are not provided for sessions that must be rescheduled due to weather, photographer illness or other event, or client cancellation for any reason. When you book a session with me, that date is held for you and other business is turned away for that day, therefore, refunds are not provided, but a reschedule will be offered. Reschedule dates are based on availability.
